Vintage, 50s-60s, made in the USA, Sears swing top.
The embroidery has a nice feel.
It's worn and damaged, but the vintage feel is great. There's damage above the pocket opening, but it's covered by a large facing so you can't see through. See images.
It can be worn casually over a T-shirt, as an inner layer under a short jacket like a Detroit jacket, or as a layered inner layer under a coat.
Recommended size for women as well.
