Adorable extra large coffee mug and saucer made just for Grandpa. It features Moomin-like characters (a grandfather and grandchildren) spending time together, along with a fancy design reading "für Opa", or "for Grandpa" in German. Has Schramberg SMF mark on bottoms of mug and saucer. I'm not sure of the year this was made because I haven't been able to find another one like it online. However, I do know this company stopped producing pottery in the late 1980s.
Excellent condition, no chips, stains or crazing.
Measures 4.5" across (6" including handle) x 3.75" tall. Saucer is 7.25" across.
