This is a very rare trio set of baby Santa Clauses, released in 1989.
Unfortunately, one of them is missing its hat.
The gray bear baby Santa's nose seems to have a little thinning of the fur.
Other than that, considering its age, it's in good condition with no noticeable damage or dirt, and little discoloration or fading.
However, this is an old, used item that children have played with, and this is just my personal assessment. Please check the images yourself, ask any questions you may have, and only purchase if you are satisfied.
