My wafer paper butterfly cutouts are different than most, because you have the choice to make them double-sided, so you can fold up their delicate wings and you don't see the unsightly blank side on your cake.
- ◆ These pre-cut butterflies are 1.2" to 2.2" wide . Each set contains 30 butterflies which are mirror images of each other. They are ready to use as 30 single butterflies, or you can put them back to back to make 15 butterflies with color on both sides of each wing. It's super easy to do! Complete instructions are included.
- ◆ *Wafer paper is an edible paper that can be printed using edible ink, and placed on buttercream, royal icing or fondant. It stays rather firm and papery on the dessert, and the consistency is similar to communion wafers. Wafer paper should be stored in cool, dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which it is shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. It will keep indefinitely. However, edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods.
