Stunning vintage heavy aged pewter racing car Compulsion Gallery, Bromley, cast in high density resin and thermal plated with lead-free pewter. The sculpture depicts the famous 1961 Ferrari F1 Sharknose 156 #2 World Championship Winning car of Phil Hill, driven to victory at the Italian Grand Prix at Monza. Mid-Century Modern (of the Period) Pewter, hand crafted. Origin is England. Condition is good, sadly slight damage of two pistons, PLEASE see photograph to clearly see this. Wear is minimal, consistent with age, no fading. Price of this stunning piece of Grand Prix history reflects the damage as clearly shown. Weight is 3kgs hence postage choice.
